If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return within 5 days for an exchange or refund. Shipping fees will not be credited. For health and safety reasons, no returns of worn items will be accepted. Please do not remove tags. Returns for stockings cannot be accepted. Items must be returned in it is original plastic wrapper. A fee of $5.00 will be applied for items returned without tags and not packaged properly. Please call 305-576-4163 for a Return Authorization number then, return the merchandise with the invoice to: Kimikal 250 NW 23 Street Loft 402, Miami, FL 33127. The replacement piece will be shipped after the returned item is received. Refunds will be issued within 1 - 2 days after receipt of your return. You will be notified via e-mail as soon as we receive your return.

Shipping: All items in stock ship within 24 hours. Items on backorder usually ship within 7 - 10 days. (We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). Privacy Notice
Credit Card Information: If you submit the Order Form, we use SSL (Click on the GeoTrust Icon to verify) to encrypt your Payment Information between your Browser and our Payment Processor (CyberSource). After receiving your Order, we store your Credit Card Number encrypted in our Database. To enhance security even more, we completely remove your Credit Card Information from our Database after your Order has been shipped and no Returns (Credits) are pending. This is why you have to re-enter your Credit Card Info again if you come back to our site. We know this is not the most convenient way, but this is by far the most secure way. Personal Information: At Kimikal, we consider the information you choose to share with us personal and confidential. We ask for this information to process, and notify you of the status of your order. We do keep a list of e-mail addresses, but only people who have signed up to receive updates will be notified of new products. Kimikal.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Kimikal.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
